Whether you are new to RBM, in the midst of implementing your RBM strategy, or in full swing, be sure you have a complete plan and you have the tools to determine if your RBM strategy is effective

SPEAKER: Courtney McBean

SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY: Courtney McBean has more than twenty years of experience as a clinical researcher and cross-functional business leader. Her experience spans medical device, pharmaceutical, and NIH-funded trials. Courtney has extensive expertise in designing clinical operations strategies and processes, developing training programs, creating efficient evidence strategies, and defining risk-based trial management strategies.  


Courtney is a pioneer in the area of commercial risk-based monitoring systems. In 2012 she founded Blueprint Clinical – the innovative company that created the Compass Intelligent Monitoring solution which was acquired by BioClinica in 2014. Her company won several awards, including Gartner 2014 Cool Vendor in Life Sciences and the Society for Clinical Data Management Technology Innovation Award in 2014. 

Courtney is known for efficient and practical approach to solving complex problems. She now works with companies to implement risk management strategies and creates virtual training courses that go beyond the basics to elevate how we lead teams and execute trials.
