Welcome to ORCA!
ORCA was founded in June 1993 to provide a regional forum for regulatory, quality, and clinical professionals. ORCA has a diverse membership which includes members from Pacific Northwest industry in areas of biologics, biotechnology, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals, as well as individuals employed in education and healthcare.
ORCA is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization.
Mission
The Organization of Regulatory and Clinical Associates provides a regional forum for education and to facilitate communication, networking and support in the professional and technical aspects of regulatory, quality and clinical functions. The organization’s activities provide educational opportunities in the areas of biologics, biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, research development and clinical studies.
The Martha Feldman Award
Martha Feldman founded the Organization of Regulatory and Clinical Associates in 1993. The Martha Feldman Award honors a Washington individual who has contributed to the field of regulatory affairs and clinical trials, supported colleagues, and advanced the understanding of regulatory affairs and clinical trials among professionals and the public.
