ORCA respects the privacy of its members and those who attend its monthly meetings. In joining ORCA or registering for a meeting, individuals voluntarily provide personal information. That personal information may be used by ORCA for a variety of ORCA purposes such as email and mail notifications of upcoming events sponsored by ORCA or others, distribution of the monthly newsletter, meeting and event reminders, membership renewal, notice of the annual meeting and for other ORCA purposes. Personal Contact information of members will also be included in the ORCA member directory that is made available to each ORCA member unless a member explicitly declines to be included.

ORCA does not sell or give personal information to third parties unless it has consent to do so. ORCA may provide personal information to third party providers of services for its monthly meetings and for other meeting purposes, but does not receive a fee or grant permission to such third parties to use the information for any other purpose.

Companies, such as ClubExpress, which manage the ORCA website and online credit card processing, may have access to personal information, but only for the purposes of processing credit card charges and managing the website.
