SPEAKER: Dr. Jeffrey Roh
SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY: Dr. Jeffrey Roh is the Chief Executive Officer & Board Chair of IntuitiveX. He has over fifteen years of experience as an inventor, angel investor, and serial entrepreneur and holds multiple patents through the USPTO. Dr. Roh serves as a consultant on Stryker corporation's Surgical Design and Innovation teams, and faculty member and consultant for J&J DePuy Synthes. He serves on the advisory board of the Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Washington's Foster School of Business, as well as on the Global Advisory Board for the Sales and Marketing Strategy (SAMS) Institute. Dr. Roh is a mentor and advisor for the Jones + Foster Accelerator and UW's technology transfer office, CoMotion, and routinely serves as a judge for the Holloman Health Innovation Challenge (HHIC) and the annual Dempsey Startup Competition.
Dr. Roh completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Case Western Reserve University and his complex and minimally invasive spine surgery fellowship at Weill Cornell Medicine's world-renowned Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC. He is a graduate of the Michael G. Foster School of Business MBA program at the University of Washington and completed a Masters of Science in Technology Management program at Columbia University in NYC.
